If your order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or other carrier-related reasons, we offer two options:
Reshipment:
We can reship the package to a corrected or alternative address provided by you. Please contact us at help@nightlyrestlabs.com to arrange reshipment.
Refund:
If you prefer not to have the order reshipped, we can issue a refund for the product cost minus the original shipping charges.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within approximately 3 business days of approval. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
If you refuse delivery of your shipment, the shipping charges are non-refundable, and they will be deducted from any eligible refund.
For international customers, the following additional terms apply:
We will refund the product cost only.
Any additional fees, including carrier return fees or customs-related charges, will be deducted from the refund.
If the shipment is destroyed by the carrier due to refusal or customs issues, no refund will be issued.
